Position Summary 

The Field Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating communication, scheduling, operational support, and reporting activities for field service operations. This role serves as the central point of contact for job site communication, scheduling, parts coordination, and warranty processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in SAP and Salesforce systems. 

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities 

 

• Manage all email communications related to assigned job sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
• Coordinate scheduling of commissioning engineers to meet project timelines.
• Track and manage parts ordering, delivery status, and allocation to job sites.
• Monitor and support warranty processes, including documentation, claims tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of job status and service activity within Salesforce.
• Serve as a liaison between field teams, customers, and internal departments.
• Identify and escalate risks or delays that may impact job execution.
• Ensure all documentation and updates follow company standards.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in field service coordination, HVAC/Refrigeration, or technical service environments.
• Familiarity with parts logistics, scheduling, and warranty processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce in an operational or service coordination capacity.

 

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
