STELLAR SYNERGY

Workforce Partner | Commercial Construction | South Florida

Field Coordinator

South Florida (Miami-Dade / Broward / Palm Beach) • Full-Time • Multi-Site / Travel

ABOUT THE ROLE

Stellar Synergy is hiring a Field Coordinator to be the connective tissue between our crews, our foremen, our clients, and the office. You move between active jobsites every day, hold the standard, develop the workforce, and make sure every project has the right people, ready and accounted for. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows commercial construction from the field up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Visit active jobsites daily, build relationships with crews, and send a daily field report (photos or short video) to operations.

• Heavy focus on recruiting labor trades workforce across different trades and markets.

• Run safety observations, monitor PPE compliance and hazards, and address issues on the spot; coordinate injury follow-up and documentation.

• Confirm foremen run morning huddles and submit sign-in sheets and daily reports on time; chase anything missing the same day.

• Hold foremen accountable to their checklists, coach and correct, and hold one personal touchpoint with each foreman every week.

• Manage sign-in sheet timeliness and completeness; reconcile hours and flag discrepancies.

• Follow up on no-shows and reconcile new hires and terminations daily.

• Track worker performance and development; identify your strongest and weakest performers and who is ready to move up.

• Move workers between jobs as projects ramp up and down; manage offboarding through the office.

• Monitor overtime and flag sustained OT for the production conversation.

• Ensure no worker is on site without a completed application and documentation; scan and submit paperwork in real time.

• Coordinate coverage and dispatch, including night-before confirmations, and verify workers are job-ready (PPE, IDs, badging, certifications).

• Conduct client walkthroughs, introduce yourself on new project startups, and advocate for worker issues with the client.

• Forecast labor by phase, plan ramp-up and ramp-down, and report monthly on turnover, performance, and safety trends.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of commercial construction field experience, ideally with foreman, superintendent, or coordination background.

• Strong people-leadership skills and a willingness to hold direct accountability conversations.

• Safety mindset and familiarity with PPE, OSHA basics, and jobsite hazards.

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

• Organized and comfortable with timekeeping tools, spreadsheets, and messaging apps.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between South Florida jobsites daily, with early starts.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Competitive salary based on experience.

• A central role with real ownership across multiple jobsites and clients.

• Growth opportunity with a workforce partner scaling across the region.

All applicants must also complete a short Predictive Index assessment as part of the application. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes:
