We are hiring a Field Data Technician to support field operations by ensuring the timely flow of information between field crews and supervisors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicate between Project Manager and General Foreman.
• Gather measurements, data, and pictures needed for restoration.
• Report information to vendors via the vendor's system.
• Monitor sub-contractors completing various restoration work.
• Post and take down no-parking signs for restoration crews.
• Collaborate with customers for agreeable quantities reflected in production & invoicing.
• Keep documentation for customer complaints, as well as pre- and post-construction conditions of job site.
• Deliver required information to crews and sub-contractors including permits, maps, and other information.
• Pick up documents from crews and transport them to office ensuring documents get to the appropriate individual.

Required Qualifications:

• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• High level of customer service.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to follow directions and stay on task.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Strong ability to operate tablet and smart phone applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous construction experience.
• Familiarity with reading drawings and maps.
