About the Role:

The Field Electrical Technician (eTech) supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of new and existing products while providing hands-on technical expertise at customer sites. This role requires 50%+ travel to support field operations, troubleshooting, commissioning, and product performance activities.

What Will You Do:

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and dealers, providing electrical systems expertise, troubleshooting support, and on-site guidance to resolve complex product and performance issues.
• Partner with customers, service teams, manufacturing, and product development to translate field feedback into product improvements that enhance quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Investigate product quality and reliability concerns, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall product performance.
• Evaluate manufacturing and design processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide engineering recommendations that optimize product quality, serviceability, and production efficiency.
• Communicate technical specifications, product updates, and service recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while tracking and managing product issue resolution.
• Travel extensively (up to 50% or more, including domestic and international travel) to support customers, conduct field investigations, deliver training, and develop deep subject matter expertise in electrical systems and product applications

Top Candidates Will Have:

• Electrical Engineering Degree or technical equivalent degree

• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Summary Pay Range:

$97,530.00 - $146,290.00
