Field Electromechanical Maintenance Technician — Wash Systems

Role Snapshot

• Location: Spring, TX (must reside within a 30-minute radius)
• Provided: Company vehicle and tools
• Focus: Facility management and equipment repair for multiple wash locations

What You’ll Tackle

• Own the mechanical and electrical maintenance of several wash sites, executing repairs and preventive maintenance plans.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects and service work to hit timelines and minimize downtime.
• Source, order, and manage parts inventory to keep critical spares on hand.
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and restore operations safely and efficiently.
• Document all work in a CMMS or spreadsheets, ensuring accurate maintenance histories.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of industrial or commercial maintenance/repair experience.
• Expert troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems, including 480-volt equipment.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting experience; welding capability is a plus.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working at height on ladders.
