Troubleshoot audio, video, control, and network issues
Read system drawings and schematics
Configure AV networks and IP devices
Support control system and DSP programming
Complete project punch lists and documentation
Train end users and communicate project status
Requirements
5+ years of AV installation, service, or commissioning experience
Experience with Crestron, Extron, QSC, BIAMP, or similar platforms
Strong troubleshooting and networking skills
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Valid driver's license
Preferred
CTS or CTS-I certification
DSP programming experience
Experience with digital audio consoles and system tuning
