Summary:
- Location: Bend, OR
- Duration: 4 Months
Responsibilities:
- Assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
- Perform repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
- Conduct whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
- Close service tickets in real time using the company-provided phone and call management system.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to service the metro and surrounding areas.
