Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) services for IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support during field visits and dispatch assignments.
  • Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports.
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical resolutions.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate workflow activities to meet established schedules and service levels.
  • Accurately document solutions for complex technical issues.
  • Develop workaround procedures when standard processes are unsuccessful and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software configuration, installation, and setup-related issues for field engineers, technicians, and end users.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and support.
  • Safely use ladders and perform physical tasks required to support IT equipment installations and maintenance.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience providing desktop, field, or technical support services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience documenting technical issues and resolutions.
  • Ability to lift equipment and safely use ladders as required.
