Field Engineer
Contract/ Contract to Hire
Boston, MA

Responsible for providing broad operational support for IT infrastructure, including Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and dispatch-based service and customer support during field visits
  • Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and end users
  • Develop and implement workaround procedures when standard processes fail
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining service quality standards
  • Produce detailed and accurate service reports and maintain proper documentation of processes
  • Collect and analyze performance data to support technical assistance and continuous improvement
  • Align workflow tasks with scheduled priorities and service timelines
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service satisfaction
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including working at heights and using ladders
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to verify persona under EDUCATION / PERSONA section
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience in IT infrastructure environments
  • Ability to work in field service environments including office, airport, and operations sites
