Field Engineer (Concrete)

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Field Engineer, you are the technical heartbeat of our concrete operations. You will spend your day in the field, ensuring work is executed to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize robotic total stations and GPS to lay out grids, wall lines, footing corners, and anchor bolts.
• Monitor daily concrete operations, including placement, finishing, and curing.
• Identify and resolve field issues related to concrete performance or constructability.
• Perform site inspections and testing (slump, air content, temperature, etc.).
• Act as the bridge between project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain tight schedules.
• Maintain accurate project logs, reports, and drawings while providing technical guidance to crews.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for exceptional leaders with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong commitment to safety.

• Proficiency with robotic total stations is required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans/drawings.
• Willingness to work a typical 6:00 am – 4:00 pm schedule, with flexibility for extended hours or weekends based on project needs.
• Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
