We perform all types of civil construction such as earthwork, utilities, concrete flat work, and concrete structures for both private and public clients. ESCO enjoys tackling diverse and challenging projects throughout Colorado and the surrounding states.

    The candidate can be a recent graduate with no experience or less than 2 years of previous experience in heavy civil construction. We are looking for individuals that are organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. We are offering a competitive salary with experience, along with an outstanding benefits package.     Responsibilities, job duties and training provided:
    • Understanding construction means and methods
    • Exposure to budgets; including internal labor and equipment costs, subcontractors, and materials
    • Computer skills with the use of Microsoft Office, HCSS HeavyJob, Agtek earthwork takeoff software, and Microsoft Project
    • Perform Quantity Takeoffs
    • Support project schedule preparation, quantities, and production rates
    • Manage subcontractor quantities for weekly cost and monthly progress billings
    Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or similar discipline
