Job Summary We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Field Support professional responsible for a broad scope of operational support and Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. Key Responsibilities;
Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
Support a broad range of operational and IT infrastructure activities.
Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Accurately document technical processes, solutions, and resolutions.
Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance and support.
Manage assigned workflow in accordance with schedules and service requirements.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document effective resolutions.
Develop workaround procedures when standard processes are unsuccessful and ensure issues are fully resolved.
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software, configuration, and setup issues for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide support across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
Must be able to safely use a ladder when required.
Qualifications:
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to diagnose hardware, software, configuration, and setup-related issues.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to accurately document technical issues, solutions, and processes.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service requests and priorities.
Ability to follow established procedures and create effective workarounds when necessary.
Flexibility to provide onsite support across various business and airport environments.
