Job Description
We are seeking a Field Support Technician to provide operational support for IT infrastructure across office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting end-user hardware, software, and infrastructure while delivering exceptional customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
  • Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for IT equipment.
  • Deliver onsite technical support during field visits and dispatched service requests.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Produce accurate and timely service reports.
  • Document technical processes, procedures, and resolutions.
  • Collect and analyze system performance data to support troubleshooting efforts.
  • Manage workflow efficiently to meet scheduled service commitments.
  • Accurately document complex issues and their resolutions.
  • Develop workaround procedures when standard processes are ineffective.
  • Troubleshoot software installation, configuration, and setup issues for field engineers, technicians, and end users.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional support.
  • Safely use ladders and perform work that may require physical movement of equipment.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience providing field technical support in enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
  • Experience with IMAC activities.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder when required.
