Field Engineer - Florida Retail Construction
Our client is a well-established general contractor specialising in large-scale commercial and retail construction projects. Job Description
Support project teams on a 60-acre ground-up retail development project. Manage project documentation, reporting, and workflow systems. Coordinate subcontractor communications and project administration. Track schedules, project data, and construction progress using software tools. Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Field Engineer - Florida Retail Construction should have:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience as a Project Engineer or early-career Assistant Superintendent with a GC
- Strong technical aptitude and confidence using construction software platforms
- Excellent organisational skills with a data-driven approach to project management
- Exposure to retail, grocery, distribution, or similar commercial projects preferred
