Responsible for overseeing construction and project controls on heavy civil, marine, and movable bridge projects.
- Assist in project planning, developing work packages, schedules, and benchmarks.
- Ensure environmental permits are obtained and team members are educated on compliance.
- Interpret and resolve design/drawing issues, verifying work aligns with codes and specifications.
- Provide engineering input to daily logs and communicate production goals to craft supervisors.
- Track productivity, manage vendor and subcontractor schedules, and maintain project schedules.
- Manage submittals, RFI logs, change orders, and procurement reports.
- Identify and document scope changes, estimating costs and facilitating approvals.
- Coordinate transmissions and approvals with owners/engineers.
Qualifications:- 4-year degree in engineering or construction management.
- Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety.
- Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel.
