Field Engineer (FULLTIME)Location: MaineAssist the Project Engineer or Project Superintendent with the planning, organizing, and managing of specific tasks within the assigned project. Help ensure safety and project quality; complete activities to meet customer satisfaction objectives. The roles and responsibilities of the Field Engineer may change to meet the needs and complexities of specific project. Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with owners, engineers, subcontractors and personnel within Reed & Reed.Responsibilities:Maintain positive relationships with the owner, engineering, and subcontractor firmsHelp maintain communication flow between owner, engineer, and subcontractorsAttend and participate in coordination meetings, update schedule and address project issues as requiredInvolvement in implementing quality control programPerform construction layout to facilitate and support construction activitiesUnderstand and ensure that Reed & Reed's company policies are adhered to at all timesAssist documenting best practices to share with other projects as requiredAssist with and/or perform document controls such as RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and closeout documentation as requiredFoster team camaraderieSupport and communicate the Company's vision, values, and goalsAssist with issues and help resolve problemsProvide layout assistance and check quality and accuracy of subcontractor workUnderstand and follow the project-specific safety planAssist in ensuring jobs have safe working conditions and that safe work practices are in placeMust have Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
