You arrive with a company-provided phone and laptop, dive into the PLC, isolate an electrical fault, and bring the spindle back to life. Operators get an impromptu training session, production resumes, and a customer becomes a fan. That blend of technical mastery, service ownership, and people skills is exactly what we’re looking for.

Your impact

• Be the trusted on-site expert for service, installations, and preventive maintenance across the local market.
• Solve problems end-to-end and support sales with technical insights; train users when needed.
• Communicate with clarity and respect—from the shop floor to leadership.
• Act as a steward of Ellison Technologies’ ethics and professionalism.
• Keep meticulous case notes and technical documentation; take ownership of every assignment.
• Adapt to other related duties as business needs evolve.

What equips you

• Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers and turning centers—install, maintain, repair.
• Depth in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; strong diagnostic instincts.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, CNC Machine Repair, Electrical Troubleshooting, and Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting.

Where and how you’ll work

• Field-based in the Pacific Northwest; our Kent office is available, but most days you’ll be with customers.
• Car allowance and fuel coverage so travel stays simple.
• Company cell phone and laptop—and streamlined reporting so you can focus on machines and people.

• Vertical machining centers (3–4 axis and 5+ axis)
• Turning centers (2–4 axis and 5+ axis)
• CNC Swiss lathes
