  • Location: North Syracuse, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
  • Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
  • Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
  • Maintain reliable transportation for servicing the metro and surrounding areas.
  • Close service tickets in real-time in the company call management system using a company-provided phone.
