Summary:
- Location: North Syracuse, NY
- Duration: 8 Months
Responsibilities:
- Assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
- Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
- Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
- Maintain reliable transportation for servicing the metro and surrounding areas.
- Close service tickets in real-time in the company call management system using a company-provided phone.
