    As a Field Engineer, you''ll gain hands-on experience supporting critical construction operations in both the field and office. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals, solve real-world challenges, and contribute to projects that improve communities and transportation networks for generations to come.

    What You''ll Do

    As a Field Engineer, you will support project teams by helping ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Responsibilities include:

    • Managing both office and field responsibilities to support project requirements, including implementation of scheduled work and tracking project data.
    • Assisting with project scheduling and planning activities.
    • Preparing cost and time estimates to help meet project budgets and deadlines.
    • Performing quantity take-offs.
    • Preparing and managing submittals.
    • Assisting with surveying and layout activities.
    • Tracking job quantities, production rates, and project costs.
    • Identifying discrepancies between design plans and field conditions and communicating solutions.
    • Coordinating with third-party utility providers to ensure utilities are properly identified and located before construction activities begin.
    • Supporting project teams with additional duties as assigned.
