Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents across multiple ongoing jobs.
- Assist with project scheduling, updates, and coordination.
- Maintain and verify daily project reports, documenting progress, and production metrics.
Field Engineering & Quality
- Perform field verifications, inspections, and measurements to ensure construction accuracy.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs for materials and construction activities.
- Evaluate daily production rates to track performance and support cost controls.
- Assist with as‑built drawings and documentation.
Coordination & Communication
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate inventory, equipment, and material deliveries with field supervisors.
- Communicate with customers professionally to help resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to safety-first principles, supporting jobsite audits and compliance checks.
- Complete all required safety certifications, annual renewals, and pre-employment screenings.

Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
- 1+ years of experience in construction management or related internship experience (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced field environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and adaptable to both office and jobsite settings.
- Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, physical exam, and drug screening.
Job Offer
