Summary: Location: TEMPE, AZ Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities: Repair laptops and desktops within the metro area. Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards. Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals. Close service tickets in real-time using the company-provided phone. Requirements: Must have own reliable car and car insurance. 1 year of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix. General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications. Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed. Client and/or governmental clearance may be required. Police or criminal background verification clearance may be required. Preferred Skills: Computer-building background experience.
