What You'll Do:- Coordinate daily project activities and communicate with customers, owners, project stakeholders, and field personnel
- Support scheduling, reporting, inspections, quality tracking, and project documentation
- Track and coordinate project materials, tools, equipment, supplies, shipping, and receiving activities
- Assist with safety meetings, inspections, audits, and overall jobsite safety initiatives
- Work closely with home office departments including Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Payroll, Safety, and Sales
- Monitor project schedules and support field execution to help ensure timely project completion
- Review and track weld maps, quality documents, rentals, and third-party resources
- Learn field layouts, equipment, assemblies, and construction processes through hands-on project involvement
What You Need to Bring:- Two-year technical education degree or equivalent industrial construction field experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and personalities
