Seeking a Field Engineer supporting the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) Program at Robins AFB, GA, with relocation assistance and a Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities include on-site technical support for complex airborne and terrestrial tactical communication systems, managing inventory, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, performing system tests, and configuring payloads.
Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years’ experience or 6+ years’ relevant experience, and obtain Security+ certification within 9 months.
Requires experience with military radios, COMSEC materials, Linux, networking, and the ability to work flexible shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred qualifications include DoD 8570 IAT Level II, hands-on Linux/networking experience, and knowledge of military communication systems.
Travel up to 15%, salary range $65,500–$98,300, with benefits and potential bonuses.
U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance are mandatory.
