As a Field Estimator/Quality Control Representative you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships, ensures cleaning services are delivered to standard and accurately priced by inspecting job sites, aligning scope with client needs, and bridging quality, operations, and sales in our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals
- Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email
- Prepare accurate reports in regards to mileage, customer estimate sheets, and customer follow-up
- Inventory and order estimating supplies
- Seek to continuously develop as a sales professional
- Inspect job sites to ensure cleaning standards, scope, and specifications are being met consistently. Catch issues early and drive corrective action.
- Use QC findings to refine future estimates, adjust scopes, and improve training or processes.
