SummaryThe Field Execution Representative is responsible for supporting the local sales teams in optimizing in-store execution of Picture of Success elements. Success in this role requires collaboration between all cross functional partners within the Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages framework.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate commitment to a safety culture by following established health and safety policies and procedures.
- Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sales as appropriate for an account.
- Improve Right Execution Daily (RED) and achieve Picture of Success (PiCOS) in all accounts to grow market share and develop employees.
- Support local sampling events.
- Generates new business leads and Coca-Cola Freestyle Leads.
- Maintain company equipment assets, ensuring all equipment 100% Coca-Cola products.
- Meet the company's current merchandising standards.
- Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to consumers and store personnel.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
- Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending reaching, and kneeling.
- Merchandising and organizing company and customer owned equipment.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
