Role scope
Drive a company-provided service truck to customer residences
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Isolate mechanical and electrical faults; perform safe, high-quality fixes
Present repair options and educate customers
Manage parts and truck inventory for efficiency
Capture service notes and documentation on a mobile device
Schedule & workload
No on-call schedule; flexible hours without overnight rotations
Year-round workload supported by cross-training to keep you busy in every season

Credentials & experience
High school diploma or GED
EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification
VA Journeyman HVAC Certification
Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting ability
HVAC service/repair experience preferred
Proficient and safe with diagnostic and repair tools
Quality-focused and process-oriented
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
