Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse IT Technician with experience in IT inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT equipment within our warehouse. Additionally, there will be instances where field IT technician duties are required to support our clients within a 100-200 mile radius of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability of equipment.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to vending, POS, and coin-operated machines.
Provide field support to clients, including installation, configuration, and repair of IT equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for IT operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT inventory management.
Strong technical skills in IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
Ability to travel within a 200-mile radius of Chicago as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
