Field Laborer Oil & Gas Operations (Water Operations)

Description
As a Field Laborer - Water Operations, youll be hands-on in the fieldsetting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support fracking and production activities. Youll work on rotating schedules depending on location and project needs.
No Experience required, we will train you!
Responsibilities
- Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
- Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
- Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
- Maintain safety procedures and follow company SOPs
- Communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Travel to job sites as needed (often overnight)
- Field-Based - Full-Time
- 12-hour shifts possible
- Travel and overnight stays as required
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments
- Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus
