• Can you coach Level 1 and Level 2 techs while actively pulling, dressing, labeling, installing, and terminating cabling?
• Do you thrive in fast-paced field work where hitting about 30 drops per day is the goal?

You will

• Lead daily job-site activities for Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Assign work, track progress, and ensure safety and efficiency standards.
• Pull, route, label, dress, install, and terminate fiber optic and copper cabling.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to plan work.
• Troubleshoot equipment, electrical, mechanical, and installation issues.
• Operate and maintain cable pulling and installation tools.
• Coordinate priorities and keep schedules on track.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior technicians.
• Communicate clearly with site contacts on progress and technical matters.
• Uphold exceptional safety, quality, and workmanship.

Bring

• Experience as a Lead Technician, Senior Technician, Lead Installer, Crew Lead, or equivalent.
• Hands-on background with fiber optic and copper cabling.
• Expertise in pulling, routing, installing, labeling, and terminating cabling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting capability.
• Proven experience leading, training, or directing technicians.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced field setting.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
