Job Description:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to support 35 properties with a wide range of hands-on repair and maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, car wash equipment, and more. We lead with a "Five-Star" mindset, ensuring every site meets the highest standards of safety and appearance. Whether you are troubleshooting equipment or performing preventative care, your work is essential to providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair:
Car wash equipment
Washers and dryers
Food and beverage equipment
Gas pump equipment
Perform general HVAC maintenance
Complete routine preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
Communicate effectively with store managers and outside vendors regarding service calls
Maintain curb appeal to company 5-Star standards
Identify and correct potential safety hazards
Comply with OSHA and all applicable local safety regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
On-call scheduling for emergencies after hours as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
High regard for customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Ability to remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Valid driver's license
Ability to drive between properties throughout the workday
Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Car Wash repairs
Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
Experience reading multimeters and diagnosing electrical issues
Experience with commercial equipment repair
