Position: Field Canvassing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Lead and support a team of canvassers
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Track daily activity, productivity, and team goals
• Develop strategies to improve performance and maximize results
• Conduct Interviewing. training, team meetings, and one-on-one field coaching sessions
• Ensure team members follow company standards, policies, and procedures
