WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Field Marketing Ambassador, you will be the face of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) at events, festivals, and community activations across Central Indiana and statewide outreach initiatives. In this role, you’ll help drive fan engagement, manage promotional materials, and proudly represent the IMS brand as an official ambassador.
Working closely with the IMS Marketing Team, you’ll support grassroots marketing efforts by traveling to various events, connecting with consumers, generating leads, and promoting both the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced internship ideal for students or young professionals who are passionate about marketing, fan experiences, live events, and motorsports — and want to gain real-world experience working with one of the most iconic brands in sports.

WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring great effort every day and is committed to growing with us.
Required Experience & Skills:
21+ preferred
Passionate about sports, motorsports and/or sports marketing
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and verbal skills
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with strangers
Able to work evenings, weekends, and event days as needed
Reliable transportation to and from events
Promotional experience is a plus
Must be willing to work unusual hours
