The Field Marketing Coordinator is an organized, creative team member who keeps SplashBI's US events running seamlessly and our brand showing up with energy and consistency across social media. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of event logistics and brand storytelling.This is a role for someone who can build a flawless run‑of‑show document in the morning and brainstorm a creative campaign concept in the afternoon. Detail‑oriented and self‑directed, you take ownership without being asked twice.WHAT YOU'LL DOOwn end‑to‑end logistics for US‑based tradeshows and conferences, including booth materials, shipping, vendor coordination, swag inventory, and onsite executionCoordinate all virtual events and webinars for the North American market, including platform setup, speaker scheduling, registration pages, reminder emails, and post‑event follow‑up communicationsMaintain the US events calendar and keep internal stakeholders aligned on upcoming activities, deadlines, and deliverablesCompile event recap reporting including attendance, leads captured, and follow‑up statusCollaborate with the UK‑based events counterpart to share best practices, align on global programs, and ensure consistency across regionsBrand & Social MediaCollaborate closely with SplashBI's social media counterpart on the global marketing team to plan, create, and publish content that reflects a consistent and compelling brand voiceBring creative ideas to the table for campaigns, event promotion, product announcements, and thought leadership contentDevelop light promotional assets using Canva and brief the design team on higher‑production creative needsHelp ensure SplashBI's social presence feels current, on‑brand, and relevant across platformsMarketing Operations SupportEnsure US event leads are captured and routed correctly following each programSupport the team with email sends, landing page coordination, and campaign assets as neededAssist with vendor management, purchase orders, and US event budget trackingWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldExceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsA self‑starter who manages multiple deadlines without constant directionA creative thinker who cares about how a brand looks and sounds, not just whether the boxes are checkedComfortable with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms, or eager to learn quicklyClear, professional communicator in writing and in personWillingness to travel within the US a few times per year for eventsWHAT YOU'LL LEARNThis role is designed as a growth position.
