Position Overview:


The Field Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting field marketing operations by managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring seamless distribution of marketing assets across all markets. This role sits at the center of our field marketing operations, owning inventory, managing shipments, and making sure our teams across all markets have what they need to show up strong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain field marketing inventory at the Oakland Lab, including swag, apparel, and visual merchandising display assets

  • Coordinate and fulfill shipment requests across all markets in partnership with Field Marketing and Brand teams

  • Track and document all shipment details, including tracking information, costs, and delivery status in designated systems and spreadsheets

  • Provide regular updates on shipment progress, wins, and any challenges during weekly team calls

  • Ensure the inventory and shipping workspace remains clean, organized, and efficient

  • Support ongoing inventory counts, restocking, and distribution planning

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and fulfill multiple shipment requests efficiently

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in inventory tracking and documentation

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams and providing updates in meetings and reporting tools

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and respect for shared spaces and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work in a physically active, warehouse-style environment

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience in field marketing, logistics, inventory management, or warehouse operations

  • Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and inventory management tools
