• Hours vary depending on scheduled events and campaigns

• On-site presence required during assigned events

• Occasional remote work for updating marketing materials and preparing event assets

 • Sat or Sun – 4 hour/week. Compensation and Benefits

• 17/h + Bonus based on performance.

Purpose of This Position To promote SVCS at events, engage the public, and generate referrals.

Qualifications

\n

 • Experience in field marketing, promotions, events, or brand representation

\n

• Comfortable engaging with people in public settings

\n

• Organized, reliable, and able to work at live events

\n

• Confident, friendly, and professional presence

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• Represent SVCS professionally at events, pop-ups, open houses, and community activations

\n

• Identify and recommend relevant local events, markets, and networking opportunities for company participation

\n

• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to attendees

\n

• Engage with potential clients, tenants, and partners in a friendly and professional manner • Explain basic SVCS services and answer general questions

\n

• Collect contact information, referrals, and lead details from interested prospects

\n

• Assist with updating marketing materials, including- (Flyers, Brochures, Event Handouts)

\n

• Use Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools for light marketing updates and edits

\n

• Coordinate with Marketing and Leasing teams to maintain consistent messaging

\n

• Provide post-event summaries, attendee feedback, and referral updates
