Job Summary As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead end-to-end event operations and drive impactful B2B marketing strategies to connect and educate enterprise users and stakeholders about Base44. You'll leverage your expertise in event coordination and marketing operations to deliver measurable results and elevate brand presence within enterprise companies and in field events.In Your Day-to-Day, You Will Manage all logistical details of hackathon sponsorships and hosted events, ensuring flawless execution from planning to teardownUse AI tools to scale output and enhance event efficiencyBe on the ground at events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting as neededCoordinate cross-functional logistics and collaborate with internal teams to align on event goalsTrack event performance and provide detailed reports on resultsQualifications 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, field marketing, or developer relationsProficiency with AI tools for scaling marketing effortsExperience using CRM and lead capture toolsStrong data reporting and analytical skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful under pressureExcellent communication skills and eagerness to travel and attend events in personWe are seeking NY-based candidates who can visit our New York office 3x per week.Expected base compensation salary range $105,000 - $125,000.
