The Role
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own CADDi''s entire field and event marketing motion - from strategy through on-site execution. This role manages a high-volume annual trade show calendar across North America (12+ events per year), a contractor, and a complex vendor ecosystem. It is not an event coordinator position.
You will be the primary architect of how CADDi shows up in the market - at trade shows, industry conferences, executive dinners, association events, and owned programs. You''ll work closely with sales leadership to set KPI goals, generate qualified pipeline, and ensure every event has a clear pre, on-site, and post-game plan. This is a senior IC role. You will direct one logistics contractor during high-volume periods, but this is not a people management position.
