Title: Field Marketing Manager - Federal (Remote)
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Remote

Job Description:
Client is seeking a Field Marketing Contractor to support thier Federal business. This role will focus on executing marketing programs already planned for 2H, ensuring events and campaigns run smoothly, and partnering closely with the Federal sales team to support ongoing business priorities.

This is an execution-focused role that helps keep day-to-day field marketing activities moving. You'll work with the Field Marketing team, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Engineering, and Channel teams to coordinate events, manage logistics, and support marketing requests that help drive pipeline and customer engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Execute existing Federal field marketing programs and campaigns planned for the second half of the year.
  • Support the planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, partner events, executive dinners, and webinars.
  • Partner with the Federal sales team to prioritize and execute marketing requests that align with business needs.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendor management, registrations, and onsite execution as needed.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and Corporate Marketing to ensure campaigns are launched and supported successfully.
  • Help drive event attendance through invitations, communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Track program metrics and provide basic reporting on event and campaign performance.
  • Manage day-to-day field marketing activities while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking and purchase order processes as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • 2 6+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing experience in B2B technology.
  • Experience supporting Federal or Public Sector sales organizations is preferred.
  • Strong event execution and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Splash (or similar event platforms), Tableau, procurement/contract platforms, Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
