Position: Field Marketing ManagerLocation: Mobile, ALJob Id: 364Number of Openings: 0Department: MarketingReports To: Field Marketing DirectorEmployment Type: Full‑TimeCompensation: B ase pay $40,000 with earning potential up to $70,000 with commission and bonus structure.Position SummaryThe Field Marketing Manager is a hands‑on people leader responsible for driving regional field marketing success through dealer relationship development, event marketing, and lead generation strategy execution. This role manages the Field Marketing Lead Generation team while actively participating in dealer visits, trade shows, and consumer events.The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible, travel‑heavy environment, balances strategic oversight with on‑the‑ground execution, and excels at building relationships both externally with RV dealers and internally with Sales and Call Center leadership.This position requires frequent travel, including evenings and weekends, and is not based in a single city.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage 2 FTE Field Marketing Lead Generation staff (may include multiple part‑time employees)Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate field marketing staffSet expectations for professionalism, brand representation, lead quality, and event executionCreate staffing plans for shows, expos, and regional eventsProvide hands‑on support at events as needed, including setup, teardown, and lead generationField Marketing & Event ExecutionOversee and participate in traveling shows, expos, and industry eventsEnsure event displays are professional, clean, organized, and fully stockedMonitor multi‑day events to maintain brand standards and operational consistencyEnsure compliance with company policies, safety expectations, and travel requirementsRepresent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer engagementDealer & Partner Relationship ManagementBuild new relationships with RV dealers across the assigned regionMaintain existing dealer relationships through regular in‑person visits and digital outreachCoordinate with Sales leadership to align dealer activity with sales initiativesAttend industry‑relevant trade shows and dealer eventsAct as a primary field point of contact for dealer‑related marketing effortsLead Generation & Performance OversightEnsure high‑quality lead generation aligned with Sales and Call Center needsMonitor lead flow, quality standards, and follow‑up coordinationIdentify opportunities to improve field marketing effectiveness and efficiencyProvide regular reporting and insights to the Field Marketing DirectorFlexible schedule with evening and weekend work requiredExtensive regional travel; role is not location‑boundQualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in field marketing, sales, event marketing, or related leadership role preferredProven experience managing employees or teamsAbility to travel extensively and work non‑traditional hoursStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsComfortable working independently while maintaining alignment with leadershipWe may be able to put you to work on one of our parks!
