This role works closely with sales, product, customer success, and technology teams to establish Alchemy as a thought leader and commercial contender in new market segments, driving increased sales volume and velocity.ResponsibilitiesPlan and host online and offline events to create net‑new sales opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen customer relationshipsManage the event strategy, schedule, and budget across all seven Alchemy market segmentsStrategize and build integrated field campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail, and other channels as appropriateAssist industry account executives as needed, increasing brand awareness and driving leads and MQLs from event programmingWork with the Head of Demand Generation to coordinate selection and promotion of in‑person, hybrid, and online events, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, trade societies, co‑branded events, trade shows, and other opportunitiesDevelop online and offline event channels to further Alchemy's ABM and customer retention & expansion strategiesIdentify strategic events for participation, development, and sponsorship; own framework for measuring success of various programsSupport various other marketing projects as neededWork collaboratively with Alchemy Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Technology teams to drive marketing activitiesRequirements2–3 years of event or field marketing experience in vertical software or SaaS industryExperience traveling and coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other market eventsComfortable working within a budget to maximize value and deliver meaningful impactExperience developing success metrics for events and performing against those metricsExperience developing and executing an event strategyComfortable operating within an account‑based marketing frameworkExperience marketing to multiple regions or for multiple product linesPreferred tools and processes for creating, collaborating on, and organizing/storing contentExperience operating within marketing automation platforms and CRMsSelf‑motivated and an exceptional collaborator with design, sales, product, and technology team membersCurious, loves learning, and has a bias for actionQualities We ValueInitiative – we have a shared bias for actionTransparency – we clearly communicate what we are working on and whyAccountability – we take individual and collective responsibility for what we doTrust – we trust that our team members will deliver as promisedAlchemy is an equal opportunity employer.
