YOUR ROLE
------------------------------

Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager Team Lead, you will lead the US marketing strategy, defining and executing high-impact initiatives that drive awareness, credibility and lead generation. You will define the most efficient go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the US market spanning paid media, KOLs, content and other acquisition channels while working closely with the sales team to define market opportunities, create the right marketing materials and ensure effective communication and engagement with potential customers.

This is a senior role that stays close to execution: you will set positioning, messaging and strategic direction while remaining hands-on across content, PR, partnerships, events, sales enablement and digital marketing to position Kolsquare as a leader in the US market against already established US competitors.

Your key responsibilities :

GTM Strategy, Positioning & Sales Enablement

• Define and execute the most efficient GTM strategy for the US market, including ads, content, PR and other acquisition channels.

• Own positioning and messaging for the US market, building the initial GTM case study covering market entry approach, positioning, and messaging.

• Build sales enablement assets and equip the sales team with the positioning, messaging, and communications tools they need to convert leads.

• Take a 360° view of digital marketing: paid, organic, content, and email to build a cohesive, full-funnel US strategy.

Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership

• Position Kolsquare as the go-to Influencer Marketing platform in the US through PR, localized thought leadership content, strategic partnerships, and events.

• Build relationships with media, industry experts, and associations to amplify our thought leadership.

• Working with the central content team, localize blog posts, reports, and whitepapers that showcase Kolsquare's expertise and proprietary data for the US audience.

• Secure speaking engagements & media opportunities to strengthen brand authority.

Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration

• Work closely with sales to define a local acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

• Working with central product marketing and content marketing teams, localize marketing and sales enablement materials (brochures, case studies, blog articles, whitepapers, website, email sequences) that help the sales team convert leads.

• Implement localized lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, paid media, and events.

• Track key KPIs to measure impact and optimize campaigns for lead conversion.

• Proactively collect, understand, and analyze feedback from local teams to propose and deliver the sales tools they need and feed back into product marketing

Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement

• Identify, plan, and execute high-impact local events that generate brand visibility and qualified leads.

• Develop strategic partnerships with marketing associations, agencies, and key industry players.

• Engage with influencer marketing communities & ambassadors to create advocacy and strengthen Kolsquare's reputation.

Public Relations & Media Management

• Manage local PR initiatives in collaboration with local PR agencies and journalists.

• Pitch and distribute newsworthy content to key media outlets.

• Monitor and analyze market trends & competitors, ensuring we stay ahead of industry changes.

YOUR PROFILE
------------------------------

Must-haves

• You have 8+ years of senior-level experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in Influencer Marketing or SaaS Martech.

• You're a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, ready to own and scale Kolsquare's presence in the US, senior enough to set direction, hands-on enough to execute it yourself.

• You have a deep understanding of the US influencer marketing & media landscape, with an existing network.

• You have strong experience in positioning, communications and sales enablement.

• You've defined and run GTM strategies before through ads, content, and other acquisition channels and know how to pick the most efficient mix for a market.

• You bring a 360° view of digital marketing, comfortable across paid, organic, content, and email.

• You have a strong network with relevant US media, influencers and agencies.

• You're commercially driven and know how to generate demand & support sales.

• You have experience creating appealing marketing and sales enablement materials (case studies, reports, brochures, email sequences…).

• A self-starter, you thrive in a fast-moving, international environment and demonstrate flexibility and proactivity.

• You have experience organizing external and owned events.

• You are comfortable and confident with public speaking at events and webinars.

• You have strong collaborative skills.

• Comfortable working remotely with the main team being in Europe and yourself based on the East Coast of the US.
