Current Home is hiring motivated door-to-door Field Marketing Representatives for our Riverside & Hemet offices to help homeowners schedule appointments with our solar consultants throughout the Inland Empire.

This is a full-time W2 position offering guaranteed hourly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities within one of the fastest-growing solar companies in Southern California.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18/hr starting base pay (up to $20/hr depending on experience)

  • Uncapped commission structure

  • Average earnings: $60,000–$75,000+ annually

  • Top performers earning $90,000+

  • Weekly pay

  • Paid training

  • PTO + 401(k)

  • Full-time schedule (Tuesday–Saturday)

  • Company marketing vehicles provided during working hours

What You'll Do:

  • Engage directly with homeowners in targeted residential neighborhoods

  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy

  • Generate interest and set qualified appointments for our solar consultants

  • Work outdoors with a high-energy team environment

  • Attend team trainings and development meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous canvassing, door-to-door, appointment setting, lead generation, or outside sales experience preferred

  • Solar experience is a major plus

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners daily

  • Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented
