We're looking for outgoing, energetic people to meet homeowners, start conversations, and help schedule appointments for our home improvement team. You'll spend your days outdoors, meet a lot of people, and get paid to be the friendly face of our company.
Field Marketing Representative:
What You’ll Do:
- Generate quality leads for our sales team by canvassing local neighborhoods door-to-door.
- Represent our trusted brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build positive first impressions and lasting community relationships.
- Track daily activity and report results to your supervisor.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, friendly personality and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A sense of humor and ability to work outdoors.
Pay:
- $45,000 - $55,000.
- Start at $15/hour and receive commissions.

Job Type:
Full-time: Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm.
