Be the on-the-ground face of Temple Hill Collective. As our Field Marketing Representative, you'll deepen relationships with dispensary teams, execute compliant in-store activations, train budtenders, and ensure our brand shows up flawlessly across your territory, all while capturing market intel that helps us win at shelf.
Grow retail relationships: Visit priority accounts on a set cadence; partner with GMs, buyers, and budtenders; secure secondary placements; ensure promo/pricing execution; audit shelves for OOS, facings, planograms, and competitor activity.
Run activations & events: Plan and host compliant demos, pop-ups, vendor days, and community events; manage materials, samples (where legal), and post-event recaps.
Train & enable: Deliver engaging product and compliance-aware sales trainings; build budtender advocacy; serve as the product expert across form factors and terpene profiles.
Merchandise & maintain POS: Install/maintain signage and displays to brand standards; track inventory and coordinate to avoid stockouts; ensure all claims meet state advertising rules.
Report what matters: Capture pricing, promo, and consumer feedback; submit timely visit recaps, photos, KPI dashboards, and expenses; share insights to inform launches and promos.
Lead with compliance: Follow all state/local regulations, store policies, responsible marketing, and age-gating; maintain a professional, inclusive, education-first presence.
Requirements: 21+, eligible to work in state; valid driver's license, clean MVR, reliable vehicle; ability to lift/transport up to 40 lbs.
Compensation: Competitive hourly/base (non-exempt).
