Position Overview 
The Field Marketing Specialist supports regional field marketing programs for the ITS business by partnering closely with the ITS sales team and centralized marketing functions. This role focuses on the execution of targeted, data‑driven campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline influence within a defined list of new target accounts.
This position collaborates closely with sales and central marketing teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned to broader demand generation strategies.

  • Support the execution of field marketing programs aimed at engaging new target accounts for the ITS Solutions sales team
  • Partner with ITS sales leadership to align on target account lists, priorities, and meeting objectives
  • Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to engage a defined list of ~400 target accounts
  • Execute multi‑channel campaigns—including email, events, ABM tactics, and coordinated digital efforts—in alignment with centrally defined strategies
  • Collaborate with the central digital marketing team, which manages paid social and external digital execution
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, logistics, and follow‑up to ensure consistent activation and sales alignment
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement metrics, meetings set, and pipeline influence
  • Partner with internal marketing teams (digital, content, marketing operations) to ensure timely and effective execution
What you will bring to the team 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, or demand support roles, preferably in technology or IT services
  • Experience executing campaigns across email, events, and digital channels
  • Familiarity with account‑based marketing concepts and targeting strategies
  • Experience working with account lists, segmentation, and campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Preferred Skills 
  • Experience supporting a regional or national sales team
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Comfort working in a metrics‑driven environment focused on engagement and pipeline influence
 
Qualified candidates can expect a salary of $65,000 + bonus.
