Field Mechanic Job Opportunity in Concord, NC

Talon Recruiting has partnered with a National Heavy Equipment company. We are in search of Field Mechanics to join their team in Concord, NC. Ideal Fit:  The ideal fit will have extensive knowledge of all areas of Heavy Equipment maintenance or Forklift repair.  Qualifications: • Knowledge of internal combustion engines (gas and diesel) • Hands on experience maintaining and repairing Heavy Equipment • Must own tool set • Willing to work overtime when needed • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask  Responsibilities: • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and propane systems • Perform complete repair and overhaul functions, including diagnostics and testing • Perform parts management • Maintain own tools and equipment  Compensation & Benefits: • $26-34+ hour based on experience • Field Service Truck take home• Insurance package • 401k Matt Abell | Director of Recruitment Talon Recruiting Inc.
