ROLE SUMMARY

The Field Medical Excellence (FME) Enterprise Systems & Enablement role is an enterprise-wide strategic role responsible for scaling customer-facing medical (CFC) technology and workflow solutions as well as digital enablement capabilities across US Oncology, US Commercial, Global, and International markets. This position drives the adoption, governance, and performance of enterprise platforms including OneMed (and its transition to Life Sciences Cloud across US and International markets), InsightXplorer, CLM (Closed Loop Marketing), Medical Scout, CFC dashboards, and KPI frameworks designed to amplify the efficiency and impact of customer-facing medical colleagues.  This colleague works in collaboration with the FME (US and International), MEI and US, International, and Global medical stakeholders.

Sitting within the Field Medical Excellence function under ME&I, this colleague serves as the primary connector between FME leadership, country/field leads, MEI leadership and platform teams, brand partners, Medical Systems, and Digital to ensure enterprise solutions are fit for purpose, adopted at scale, compliant, and continuously improved. A core mandate of this role is to drive adoption of enterprise systems and enablement solutions that measurably reduce administrative burden for MSLs, FMDs, and FMOs, freeing capacity for high-value scientific exchange with HCPs and improving patient outcomes.

This position is open to US or International Pfizer colleagues with relevant experience in field medical operations, systems enablement, digital transformation, and/or enterprise technology strategy.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Enterprise CFC Platform Deployment & Adoption
Represent FME in the strategy, prioritization, governance, and adoption of enterprise-wide CFC systems including OneMed to Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) transition in International and US markets, InsightXplorer, CLM, Medical Scout, and FM dashboards. Serve as the FME voice in enterprise-wide steering discussions with stakeholders across US, Oncology, global and international markets.

2.  OneMed / Life Sciences Cloud Transition (US & International)

Partner with digital, medical systems, MEI, country leads, and global CRM teams to plan and execute the transition from OneMed to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. Align data migration, user adoption, and change management strategies across US and International field medical teams as POC for FME. Ensure continuity of CFC workflows, KPI capture, and HCP engagement tracking through and beyond transition milestones. Provide ongoing Life Sciences Cloud platform support post go-live, including serving as an escalation point for content-visibility and access issues, governing the content catalog, and coordinating with content administrators to resolve tagging and configuration errors.

3.  Early Pipeline & Clinical Development Support

Support enterprise systems and enablement needs for colleagues engaged in early pipeline activities, coordinating with Clinical Development to ensure CFC platforms, dashboards, and AI tools accommodate pre-launch scientific exchange, investigator and site engagement tracking, and emerging compound insight-gathering. Partner with Clinical Development stakeholders and MEI to align system requirements and data flows across the pipeline continuum, from early-phase research through launch readiness.

4.  Medical Content & Communication Metrics Partnership

Coordinate with Medical Content and Communication teams to extract and interpret meaningful content performance metrics — including engagement, reach, and utilization data — that guide ongoing content strategy and development. Translate platform and dashboard insights into actionable recommendations that help content teams prioritize and refine medical materials for field and digital channels.

5.  Medical Scout Program Leadership

Serve as the FME core team lead and point of contact for Medical Scout, coordinating with Medical Systems, Content & Channel Analytics, Pfizer Digital/LSC support teams, and external implementation partners on capability roadmap, data readiness, and rollout across US Oncology and US Commercial with future expansion to international markets. Oversee congress-based alerting capabilities for FM, including data validation, ticket-based enhancement requests, and SLA-driven turnaround with support teams. Partner with Medical Systems and Content & Channel Analytics to identify and resolve data pipeline and data quality issues feeding Medical Scout and represent FME in roadmap discussions and presentations to the OneMed Medical Council and Medical Ecosystem Business Council.

6.  Cross-functional Stakeholder Partnership

Collaborate closely with FME Leads, country medical leads, MEI platform owners, brand teams, field teams, digital and Medical Systems to align enterprise system and AI priorities with field-level needs and organizational strategy. Build and maintain relationships with International FME leads and country coordinators to ensure global scalability of tools and processes. Represent FME interests in cross-functional steering committees, AI governance forums, and technology working groups.

7.  Scalable Process Design & Change Management

Identify and close gaps in enterprise system and AI workflows through structured process improvement. Represent FME in design of scalable, repeatable implementation playbooks and SOPs for CFC tool and AI deployments that can be adapted for US Oncology, US Commercial and International markets. Represent FME in change management efforts including communication strategies, training rollouts, and feedback loops to ensure sustained adoption and field confidence.

8.  Compliance, Data Integrity & Quality Assurance

Ensure all enterprise CFC systems and AI applications meet Pfizer Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy requirements, including country-specific regulatory requirements for international markets. Maintain data integrity standards across platforms and AI tools, manage access controls, and support audit readiness for OneMed, CLM, AI tools, and associated data systems.
