Description
Job Summary: The Field Network Engineer installs, supports, and maintains enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, routers, switches, SD-WAN, cabling, and UPSes for both data and VoIP systems. This role provides onsite and remote support to IT teams, vendors, site administrators, and business customers. The position requires strong communication, technical judgment, service focus, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with Network Engineering, IT PMO, Technical Services, vendors, and management. |
