Our client is seeking a Field Office Assistant to support an active project team and assistant Project Superintendent in Myerstown, PA. This contract role is primarily focused on general cleanup, coordination with the subcontractors, coordination with the client's site security office for visitors and deliveries, and administrative support, making strong Excel skills essential. The Field Office Assistant will play a key role in keeping the field office organized and running efficiently.
Provide general administrative and clerical support for the field office
Perform document control and data entry for project-related materials
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office communications
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested
Prepare outgoing mailings, labels, emails, and faxes
Reserve conference rooms and coordinate meetings, interviews, and presentations (including setup and cleanup)
Assist with scheduling client interviews, presentations, and meetings
Order, track, and maintain office supplies
Update and maintain the office calendar
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of applicable office or clerical experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (strong skills essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, and PowerPoint required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a field office environment
